Biweekly Paycheck Estimate

Estimate two-week gross pay, overtime pay, and pay after optional deductions.

How the biweekly estimate works

The calculator multiplies regular hours per week by two weeks and your hourly rate. Overtime hours per week are also multiplied by two and estimated at 1.5x.

Optional deductions are subtracted from the two-week gross pay. This is a simplified estimate, not a full tax calculation.

Example biweekly paycheck calculation

If you earn $25 per hour and work 40 regular hours each week, two-week regular pay is $2,000.

If you also work 3 overtime hours each week, overtime pay is 6 x $25 x 1.5 = $225, giving estimated gross pay of $2,225 before optional deductions.

What to check

  • Whether your pay period is truly biweekly.
  • Whether overtime is calculated weekly.
  • Your hourly rate and time records.
  • Deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax withholding.
  • Any shift differential, bonus, reimbursement, or correction.
