Overview
TechTride is created and maintained by Muhammad Umair. The site provides browser-based calculators, guides, a Contact form, and a checklist request form. This policy distinguishes calculator inputs from information submitted to forms and ordinary technical information processed by website services.
Users should not submit sensitive employment, payroll, tax, legal, medical, financial, identification, or employer-access information. TechTride cannot review private disputes or confidential records through general forms.
Calculator Inputs
The current calculator components reviewed for this policy perform their calculations in the browser. Inputs such as pay rate, salary, work hours, PTO balances, deductions, state selections, and leave assumptions are not submitted to a TechTride backend by the calculator code.
This statement applies to calculator fields, not to Contact or checklist submissions. Browser autofill, browser history, shared-device access, hosting requests, Google services, or software installed on a user's device may operate separately from TechTride's calculator code.
Contact Form Information
The Contact form processes the submitted name, email address, topic, optional page URL, subject, message, and required agreement acknowledgement. It also processes a hidden form-start timestamp and honeypot field for spam prevention.
Do not include Social Security numbers, pay stubs, tax forms, bank details, medical information, government identification, employer login details, or confidential employer records in a message.
Contact Form Delivery and Storage
A valid Contact submission is sent through the server's configured email delivery function. The email includes the submitted name, email address, topic, optional page URL, subject, message, submission timestamp, raw IP address, and user agent so the message can be reviewed and basic abuse or delivery issues can be investigated.
A separate CSV log stores the timestamp, name, email, topic, optional page URL, subject, a shortened message preview, a SHA-256 hash of the IP address, and email delivery status. The log does not store the full message, raw IP address, or user agent. The required agreement is validated but is not included in that CSV record.
Checklist Form Information
The checklist form processes the submitted name, email address, selected interest, required checklist acknowledgement, optional marketing-consent choice, hidden source page, and honeypot field.
After a successful request, the handler provides access by redirecting to the noindex checklist thank-you page, where the PDF can be downloaded. The current handler does not email the checklist.
Checklist Records and Spam Prevention
The checklist CSV record includes the timestamp, name, email, interest, optional marketing-consent value, raw IP address, user agent, and source page. The required checklist acknowledgement is validated by the handler but is not a separate stored CSV column.
The handler also hashes the IP address to name a rate-limit record used for a 60-second repeat-submission check. The rate-limit file may remain stored after that active window, and the raw IP address remains part of the checklist CSV record under the current implementation.
Automatically Processed Information
Hosting, security, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and server systems may process information such as IP address, user agent, browser and device details, requested page, source or referral URL, timestamp, approximate location, interaction data, and server response information.
Hosting and security logs may be created independently of TechTride's form CSV files. Their exact content and controls can depend on the hosting provider and active service settings.
Google Analytics
TechTride currently uses Google Analytics through measurement ID G-QMNPM5ELR0. The Google tag is included by the shared site layout and currently loads on public pages, including noindex Contact and checklist thank-you pages.
Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral, page-view, and interaction information as a third-party service provider. Google account settings, browser controls, consent settings where available, and Google's own policies may affect this processing.
Google AdSense and Advertising
TechTride has implemented Google AdSense technology using publisher ID ca-pub-4672254342908121 and may display advertising after account approval or account-side activation. The AdSense script is included on indexable pages and is excluded from pages marked noindex by the shared layout.
Google may use cookies or similar technologies when advertising is active or consented. Ad display, measurement, personalization, limited-ad behavior, and consent messaging may depend on user region, user choices, Google requirements, and AdSense account settings. TechTride does not control all Google account-side advertising behavior and does not state that ads are currently serving.
Cookies, Browser Storage and Consent
TechTride's current calculator and form code does not set its own general-purpose cookies, local storage, or session storage. Google Analytics, Google AdSense, hosting, or other third-party services may use cookies, identifiers, or browser storage according to their configuration and the user's region or consent choices.
The current site source does not contain a TechTride-built consent banner or a direct Consent Mode implementation. Google account-side consent messages may be configured separately. Users may control cookies through browser settings and through consent controls when those controls are available.
Hosting, Email and Protected Storage
Contact messages are delivered to a privately configured email destination. The public policy does not expose that destination or server configuration.
The form handlers first attempt to place CSV and rate-limit records outside the public web root. If that location is unavailable, they use a private fallback directory protected by web-server access-control rules. These controls reduce public access risk but cannot guarantee perfect security.

Information Sharing and Selling
TechTride does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by hosting, analytics, advertising, email, security, or technical service providers when needed to operate the website and forms.
Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, or protecting the site and its users.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, website security, troubleshooting, legal obligations and legitimate operational needs.
TechTride does not currently publish a fixed automated deletion schedule for form CSV records, email messages, rate-limit files, or hosting logs. Retention by third-party providers may be governed by their settings and policies.
Deletion and Privacy Requests
Users may submit a deletion or privacy request through the Contact page and should identify the email address involved. Do not send identity documents unless TechTride specifically requests a safe verification method.
TechTride may need to verify that the requester is connected to the information before acting. Some records may be retained when reasonably required for security, legal obligations, troubleshooting, or legitimate operations. Deletion is not immediate or automated.
Data Security
TechTride uses input validation, honeypots, timing and rate-limit checks, restricted storage permissions, IP hashing for Contact logs, and private storage fallbacks where implemented. No website, hosting account, email system, or CSV file can be guaranteed completely secure.
Users can reduce risk by entering only the information needed, avoiding sensitive files and identifiers, and using a private device and trusted connection.
Children's Privacy
TechTride is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may use the Contact page to request review.
International Visitors and Third-Party Processing
TechTride is accessible internationally. Hosting, Google, email, security, and other providers may process information in countries other than the visitor's country. Advertising, consent, and analytics behavior may vary by region.
External links lead to sites TechTride does not control. Their forms, cookies, privacy practices, security, content, and retention rules are governed by their own policies.
